- Submission of incorrect information may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.
- Any problems, Majik Blankit will contact you to resolve the matter so that we can continue processing your order.
- We will not pass your information on, in any way, to any third party.
- We will update you, via email, of your order status and may on occasion inform you of any sales or news, but you may request at any time that you are removed from our contact list.

- Majik Blankit does not make any health or medical claims about our ingredients, nor do we make any claims about the end product or end use of our products, please feel free to conduct your own research on ingredients listed.
- Majik Blankit will not be held responsible for results obtained from the purchase or use of our products and we shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred whilst using our products.
- All our products contain FULL list of ingredients and we advice that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to read these carefully and conduct any skin patch testing if in any doubt.
- We take every precaution to ensure that the products you receive are handled in the appropriate manner and reach you uncontaminated.
DAMAGED, WRONG OR MISSING ORDERS Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns. On receipt, please check your order properly. In the event of damaged goods or missing items, please contact us within 3 working days. We will endeavour to replace the product(s) or refund the purchase price. In the event of orders not turning up, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate further.
CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancell your order contact must be made within 24 hours if you have paid via card/paypal as products are usually sent out the same day, please take into account if an order is placed after 3pm then it will be shipped the following day. For those of you paying by cheque/postal order please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds can be issued within 30 days.
